Acceptable forms of payment a) CashApp add additional 3% b) Zelle c) ApplePay add 3% e) GlossGenius/tap/swipe add additional 3% f) Cash not preferred- acceptable only with added additional $20 NO EXCEPTIONS! 2. Face Masks mandatory if you are experiencing any type of sneezing, coughing, runny nose, etc …. PLEASE RESCHEDULE IF YOU’RE FEELING SICK, KNOW YOU’RE SICK, OR ARE EXPERIENCING FEVER, VOMITING, DIARRHEA, ETC…. 3. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!! DEPOSITS CAN ONLY BE USED FOR 1 RESCHEDULE. 4. Each scheduled appointment has a 10 min grace period. No exceptions!! Your deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged for half the amount of your missed appointment. You will be required to make another deposit in order to book new services. NO CALL NO SHOWS ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT FOR HALF THE COST OF YOU’RE BOOKED SERVICE. DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IF NOT ON TIME OR RESCHEDULED WITHIN THE MANDATORY 5 DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. You may arrive no more than 5 min prior to scheduled appointment. 5. Reschedules/cancellations are to be made no later than 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment. 6. Please allow a response time of no later than 48 hours. Please text as I am not always able to answer calls when working with a client. 7. Also, please utilize headphones/airpods, etc… when playing music, games, talking on phones. Please do not utilize speaker phone (this creates noise while tv is on). 8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations/Reschedules must be made no less than 96 hours prior to scheduled appointment. Failure to comply will result in mandatory charge of 50% your scheduled service and a mandatory, non-refundable deposit for future appointments. Only 1 Cancellation/Reschedule allowed per scheduled appointment, after which a non-refundable deposit is due in order to book another appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Cancellations/Reschedules made within allotted time is ONLY ALLOWED ONCE! More than 1 reschedule/cancellation per scheduled appointment requires a non-refundable $25 deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS!
